It can be tough to figure out which apps to load onto tablets when your classroom is 1-to-1. The last thing you want is to commit to an app and use it for a week or, even worse, a day. There is a star rating that evaluates Quality, Education, Entertainment, Value, and Child Friendly. You can search by grade level up to 5th grade and then Middle and High school.
