Engaging Students with Makey Makey
Welcome to the Creekview Elementary Makerspace Club!
Through the Rising Raptor program, Creekview Elementary has created a variety of after school clubs including a Makerspace Club. We chose to use electronic Makey Makey kits as the club's focus, the Makey Makey kits integrate well with the student's Chromebooks. This group of 4th and 5th grade students are learning to program musical instruments and sound effects, video games, and other coding activities using Scratch (scratch.mit.edu) Check out images and videos of our projects below!
